"We're inspired by women who have restarted their lives using health and fitness," Paltrow says in the trailer. "They are so many women out there that have stories that are incredible examples for other people," Anderson adds, while wearing a micro bra top. "They're not focused on getting into their skinny jeans, they're focused on healing themselves from the inside out."
Another ongoing health and fitness web series is that of author and integrative wellness guru Dr. Frank Lipman, founder of Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in Manhattan, who launched his celeb-studded YouTube video series on healthy lifestyles last year. Guests include Peter Sargaard, Jake Gyllenhaal, Tara Stiles, and Kyra Sedwick.
