Fit4Health, a new fitness and health program, including a workout featuring players from the Paramus Catholic High School football team, will be held at the Teaneck Armory in Teaneck on Sunday, Oct. 13 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The event will be indoors and outdoors and will be held rain or shine. Also included will be a session called TNT (Total Nunziato Training), which will take Paramus Catholic’s football team through its vigorous in-season, Sunday strength and conditioning workout.
Among the other offerings will be Sports Authority’s Sports Zone of outdoor games and entertainment (ping pong tables, obstacle course, other activities), and Chuback Vein Treatment Center experts. Also, Emily Johnston, retail dietitian from ShopRite of Hackensack’s healthy corner, will discuss food allergies, alternative foods and planning balanced meals using MyPlate.
