SANTA ANA – Orange County students are slightly more fit than last year, but three in five students still failed to pass an annual state fitness test.
Across Orange County, 38.7 percent of students received passing scores in all six areas of the California Physical Fitness Test in 2013, up slightly over 38.4 percent in 2012. The test gauges aerobic capacity, body composition, muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
