She lost 20 kilos (44lbs) in 10 weeks, so enthusiastic Ajay Rochester has decided to offer her weight loss tips to fellow dieters via Skype.

The former Australian Biggest Loser host might not look like Tracy Anderson just yet, but Ajay believes in her coaching techniques so much that she's charging up to $380 for 12 30 minute advice sessions.

The 44-year-old's package includes 'a comprehensive food diary evaluation and one-on-one motivational sessions', she says on her coaching site[3] .

Rochester will also review her clients' exercise plan and give motivation and inspiration.

The Sydney-born star is still aiming to lose another 20 kilograms herself before she climbs Mt. Kilimanjaro in June.

She'll join The Biggest Loser USA star Dr. Huizenga on the trek in Tanzania, so is planning to use the next five months before the challenge to help her fans.

Ajay has already written books such as Confessions Of A Reformed Dieter, The Lazy Girl's Guide To Losing Weight and Getting Fit.

The star, who currently lives in Los Angeles, is also offering a walk and talk session during a 90 minute hike up Runyon Canyon if her clients are already in LA.

In December, Ajay showed off the results of her weight loss in an American flag bikini during a photo shoot in Sydney.

She had made a bet with Australia's 2Day FM hosts Kyle and Jackie O that she'd lose the weight, after saying she was 'eating herself to death'.

Part of the deal was that the radio stars would fly her from LA to Sydney to take part in the weigh in at their studio.

If she got to her goal weight, the hosts would give her $20,000 cash - which was given to her anti-bullying charity.

Earlier in 2013, Ajay had spoken of her depression surrounding the weight gain.

'I've put on about a kilo (2.2lbs) a week, 48klios, I'm huge,' she said.

'To be really blunt, I can eat a whole heap of crap in one day... Then I just lie down all day because I can't move because my arteries are so clogged.

'Then I drive past Carl's and get a burger and fries. I'm laughing about it. But it's really serious because I'm eating myself to death.'
