Under Armour Inc.[1] is not the only company being probed for allegedly infringing on a yoga towel patent.

Yogitoes LLC, the company suing Under Armour[2] (NYSE: UA) for allegedly breaching the patent for its “Skidless” yoga towel, filed suit against Lululemon Athletica Inc.[3] (NYSE LULU) for the same reason earlier this fall.

“Once the client noticed that there were these infringing mats out there, they moved pretty quickly to file a lawsuit,” said Glenn Trost[4] , a lawyer for Novak Drice Connolly Bove + Quigg LLP in Los Angeles representing Yogitoes.

Yogitoes patented its yoga towel in 2005. The California-based yoga towel company filed suit against Lululemon on Sept. 30 for infringing on the patent, and the case against Under Armour followed Nov. 21.

Neither suit specifies how much Yogitoes is seeking in damages.

Under Armour officials said they are aware of the lawsuit and plan to address the issue.
