Malin Akerman Shares Fitness Tips -

Just five weeks after giving birth, Malin Akerman hit the red carpet and gave “body[1] after baby” a whole new meaning. “It’s really a combination of exercise and eating right,” she tells Shape magazine. “I make sure to stock the fridge with nutritious snacks that are easy to grab and go.” Aside from eating right the new mom still finds time to work out too. She says she loves grabbing friends to go on hikes and take long evening walks with her hubby and son. Malin also credits pilates and SoulCycle classes for helping her keep off the weight. Like any girl Malin has her cravings. She confesses that her guiltiest pleasure is Nutella! For more, check it out.
