There is nothing worse than getting into your comfy pajamas, cozying up underneath a warm blanket and turning off the lights, only to lay awake for hours on end. And to whomever said that counting sheep was the cure, I have two words for you: You liar.

Luckily, Meg Townsend at Amrita Yoga is offering up a more tangible cure than the old tried-and-not-so-true counting sheep method: Yoga for Insomnia. This six-week series will give you an education on breathing, guided relaxation (doesn’t that sound lovely?) and more.

To figure out how to knock yourself out without an Ambien, sign-up for the series here[1] .

$125 until September 27th, $150 after; Six-week series beginning October 15th from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., Amrita Yoga 1204 Frankford Ave
