Mat Yoga will take place at the Kingwood Community Center from 10-11 a.m. on Fridays from Jan. 3, through Jan. 31.
According to a news release from Kingwood Community Center, "This is a traditional Mat Yoga class that involves a variety of poses to stretch and strengthen the body. The Mat Yoga class is instructed by Cathy Greer."
The cost is $12 per class.
Kingwood Community Center is at 4102 Rustic Woods, Kingwood.
