Free yoga in September with Atlanta Ballet - Atlanta Journal Constitution (blog)

For the entire month of September, Atlanta Ballet is offering free yoga classes to celebrate National Yoga Month. Classes are available at all three Atlanta Ballet studios -- Midtown, Buckhead and Cobb.

Here is the schedule for classes:

• Tuesdays | 7:30-8:30pm at the Buckhead Centre, Chastain Square, 4279 Roswell Road, Suite 703. Phone: 404-303-1501

• Wednesdays | 6:15-7:15pm at the Cobb Centre, 2000 Powers Ferry Road, Ste G-4,Marietta. Phone: 678-213-5000

• Thursdays | 2:15-3:15pm at the Michael C. Carlos Dance Centre, 1695 Marietta Boulevard NW. Phone: 404-873-5811

No need to sign up. Just arrive for the scheduled class with your yoga mat. If you don't have a mat, you can get one on sale for $20 at the boutique in the Midtown studio.
