Humans aren't the only mammals reaping the vast benefits of yoga[1] . Find proof in the video above, where a happy canine nearly upstages its owner with some powerful poses. If only the pup knew how to bark "namaste."


This pooch isn't the first animal we've witnessed with an affinity for yoga. This past May, we caught Trevor, the pot-bellied pig sneaking his way into a waterfront yoga class[2] to get some zen. And in 2010, we saw Santra, a Finnish bear, totally immersing herself in the practice[3] .
