Your Health: Fall Fitness - WSAW



It's Monday and time to focus on your health. This week, was all about staying fit in the fall.


Let's be honest, when the days get shorter and colder many of us just want to stay inside and watch a good movie or read a book. Health experts say it's important to stay active. A fitness instructor at the Woodson YMCA joined us on Sunrise 7 to talk about the many different ways to get a workout in the fall. She says you can always exercise outside by doing things like running or cross country skiing. Or if it's simply too cold out there for you, you can of course head indoors and take fitness classes.
