AMHERST – To celebrate National Yoga Month, Amherst Yoga and Fitness Studio will hold an open house at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
Fifteen-minute “mini classes” will be held starting at 11. Take one, two or all mini classes to discover a class that’s right for you. Anybody who enrolls in the fall session at the open house will receive a 15 percent discount.
There also will be body weight training and stretching demos.
The open house is free. Meet the instructors and enjoy complimentary refreshments.

Amherst Yoga also offers fitness classes on small group training, boot camp, one-on-one personal training, and neuromuscular stretching for low back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain.
