Saturday, September 14, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.: Ashtanga Mix Workshop with Lisa Cohen
"In keeping with the tradition and guiding principles of my Guru Pattabhi Jois, we concentrate on breath (pranayama), bundha (locks) and dristi (focus) as we move steadily and smoothly through a combination of Primary, Second and Advanced series," Cohen writes.
