For those who think they should try yoga, those who think they should do more of it and those who are simply curious, you have no more excuses: Source Yoga in Tacoma is offering its annual free open house Saturday, with a day full of completely free yoga classes and bodywork to try out.
Among the classes being offered are basic yoga, beginners’ yoga with Q&A, meditation, and strength and conditioning — something for all levels.
Here’s the schedule:
7-8 a.m. Basic Yoga I
9-10 a.m. Yoga for Beginners with Q&A
10:15-10:45 a.m. Primal Move: Strength and Conditioning
11 a.m.-noon Intermediate Yoga
12:15-1:15 p.m. Relax and Restore
1:30-2:30 p.m. Intro to Meditation
Then, from 3-5 p.m., its North End location offers a health fair featuring local alternative health practitioners, with free services and deals from Abundant Health Acupuncture, massage therapist Bryan Michel, North End Physical Therapy, Lissette Massage, Brilliant Life Chiropractic, Family Acupuncture and Wellness, Advanced Women’s Health, North Tacoma Family Health, Passionate Nutrition, and the South Sound Healers’ Network.
There also will be deals on new memberships and new class cards.
