Celebrate the 12 Days of Fitness (to the tune of “The 12 Days of Christmas”)


On the first day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the second day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the third day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the fourth day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag


On the fifth day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; fiiiive suuuper baaands…..four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the sixth day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper baaands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the seventh day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper baaands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the eighth day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; eight balls for throwing, seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper baaands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the ninth day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; nine stepping benches, eight balls for throwing, seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper baaands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the 10th day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; 10 balls for balance, nine stepping benches, eight balls for throwing, seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper bands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the 11th day of Fitness, excuses to quit came to me; and I saw 10 balls for balance, nine stepping benches, eight balls for throwing, seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper bands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag.


On the 12th day of Fitness my Fit Gnome gave to me; 12 motivators, no more excuses, 10 balls for balance, nine stepping benches, eight balls for throwing, seven TRX straps, six weights a’ lifting, fiiiive suuuper bands….four plyo boxes, three kettlebells, two bosu balls and a Pilates ring in a gym bag!
