A Davenport yoga studio will host a class on Saturday to benefit the family of homicide victim Derek J. Jackson.
The class will be held from noon to 1 p.m. at One Tree Hot Yoga, 2660 E. 53rd St.
Yoga instructor Jordan Moore said all the proceeds will benefit Jackson's family, including his 3-year-old son Remi.
Jackson, 24, was fatally shot in his house at 1001 16th Ave. about noon Dec. 18.
Aaron Derrell Henderson, 20, of Davenport is charged with first-degree murder and attempted armed robbery.
