List: Air Force physical fitness standards for women - Belleville News Democrat

Female Air Force personnel can earn a maximum of 100 points during their physical fitness tests. If they score at least 90 points, they have to take the fitness test once a year.


If they score less than 90, but still pass the test, they must take the test every six months.


The minimum passing score is 75 points while meeting minimum scores for each component test.


Females under 30


* 1.5-mile run


10:23 or less = 60 points (max)


16:22 = 44.1 points (min)


* push-ups


47 or more in 1 minute = 10 points (max)


18 = 5 points (min)


* sit-ups


54 or more in 1 minute = 10 points (max)


38 = 6 points (min)


* waist measure


29 inches or less = 20 points (max)


35.5 inches = 12.8 points (min)


Females 30-39


* 1.5-mile run


10:51 or less = 60 points (max)


16:57 = 40.8 points (min)


* push-ups


46 or more in 1 minute = 10 points (max)


14 = 5 points (min)


* sit-ups


45 or more in 1 minute = 10 points (max)


29 = 6 points (min)


* waist measure


29 inches or less = 20 points (max)


35.5 inches = 12.8 points (min)


Females 40-49


* 1.5-mile run


11:22 or less = 60 points (max)


18:14 = 45.9 points (min)

38 or more in 1 minute = 10 points (max)
